Mettler Entwickler AG has acquired the plot at Gartenweg 1 in Sissach and is planning the «Rössligarte» project there, comprising three modern buildings with up to five storeys.
There will be 24 owner-occupied apartments with 3½ to 4½ rooms and well-designed floor plans. An indoor car park offers space for 27 vehicles, and there are also plans for six outdoor parking spaces. An attractive green area above the car park will serve as a communal area and play zone. The project site is in a prime location right next to Sissach railway and bus station. This privileged location enables residents to reach the centre of Sissach with its restaurants and shopping facilities within just a few minutes’ walk.
The existing neighbourhood plan, including the indicative project, defines the design specifications for the buildings and the surrounding area and determines both the attractive façade design and the spatial structure. This concept ensures that the new building project is harmoniously integrated into the existing urban landscape and at the same time provides a modern point of interest.
