Mettler Entwickler AG acquired the plot at Gartenweg 1 in Sissach and planned the residential project «Rössligarte» there, which comprised three modern buildings with up to five storeys.
There are 24 owner-occupied apartments with 3½ to 4½ rooms and well-designed floor plans. An indoor car park offers space for 27 vehicles, and there are also six outdoor parking spaces.
An attractive green area above the car park serves as a communal area and play zone. The project site is in a prime location right next to Sissach railway and bus station. This privileged location enables residents to reach the centre of Sissach with its restaurants and shopping facilities within just a few minutes’ walk.
The existing neighbourhood plan included the indicative project, which defined the design specifications for the buildings and the surrounding area and determined both the attractive façade design and the spatial structure. This concept ensures that the new building project has been harmoniously integrated into the existing urban landscape and at the same time provides a modern point of interest.
