Synergy of expertise and vision
Under the expert guidance of Mettler Entwickler AG, which initiated the study contract for the project, the outstanding concept put forward by the architectural firms Moser Wegenstein and Bischof Gruber Architekten from Zurich came out on top. Their exceptional work was a masterclass in fulfilling the demanding criteria with regard to architecture, urban development and market potential, putting them ahead of the competition.
Harmonious elegance and functionality
Consisting of some 150 apartments built to the Minergie standard, the «Am Boulevard Lilienthal» residential development is characterised by its pragmatic architecture, which is perfectly harmonised with its surroundings. The U-shaped design, with a spacious, west-facing inner courtyard and a continuous roofline, creates an atmosphere of openness and tranquillity. The skilfully adapted exterior spaces and the horizontal façade banding give the building a fascinating structure. Meanwhile, the extensively landscaped inner courtyard offers residents a park-like oasis right on their doorstep.

The special features of “Hof Lilienthal”
Particular emphasis was placed on implementing ecological building practices and fulfilling the requirements of the Minergie standard to ensure environmentally conscious and energy-efficient living.
The U-shaped residential development forms a natural connection to the landscape, offers a quiet and expansive inner courtyard and makes a statement with its horizontal design façades.
