Effretikon

Effretikon is set to undergo a major change, spearheaded by Mettler Entwickler AG. With the acquisition of the plot in December 2019, we took a decisive step towards revitalising the centre of Effretikon.

Glattpark in Opfikon, right on the Zurich city limits and not far from Kloten Airport, is becoming a modern centre for living and working. With a planned population of around 7,000 inhabitants and just as many jobs, this district will become a vibrant centre of life and creativity.
