«Arrivée» 

residential and commercial development

In January 2021, Mettler Entwickler AG acquired the former Raduner site in Horn and is planning to redevelop it. In July 2021, a creative competition to develop innovative concepts was launched, with seven architectural firms taking part.

The «ma maison au bord du lac» project presented by Carlos Martinez Architects emerged as the resounding winner. With the public presentation of the design plan in late 2022 and the aim of opening the first residential and commercial units in spring 2027, Mettler Entwickler AG is bringing a breath of fresh air and a new standard of living to Horn.
