«Winterhalder Areal» residential development
Together with Swisscanto Asset Management AG, Mettler Entwickler AG has transformed the Winterhalder site in Zurich-Wiedikon into a new urban oasis.
This impressive urban development project came into being after a comprehensive feasibility study conducted in close cooperation with the renowned architectural firm Moser Wegenstein Architekten AG and in compliance with the requirements of the Office for Urban Development and the building permit issued by the City of Zurich.
The site was transformed into a modern residential complex with a total of 137 rental apartments that meet the demanding standards of the 2000-Watt Society concept. This innovative residential development not only contributes to sustainable neighbourhood development in the heart of Zurich-Wiedikon, but also gives the district a new dimension that lends it a sense of identity.
