The «Senevita Lindenbaum» assisted living centre in Spreitenbach was built by Mettler Entwickler AG. This new building, which was built as a solid construction, comprises 140 care rooms and a restaurant.
The design of this building centred on the needs of the residents, who value a high level of mobility. The oval shape of the building, with its inviting balconies and terraces, allows residents to move freely both indoors and outdoors. We are proud that this environmentally friendly new building bears the prestigious Minergie energy label, which is only awarded to buildings that meet high standards of sustainability and energy efficiency.
Senevita AG, a renowned operator of residences and retirement centres, is known for its tailor-made solutions that meet the individual wishes and needs of residents. Quality is paramount at Senevita, and this is reflected in the assisted living facilities, which are presented in well-maintained and homely surroundings. The administrative office, restaurant and various service areas are located on the ground floor. The care rooms are located on the upper floors 1 to 6, while the 7th floor is used for technical facilities.
