«Jardin Dufaux»

residential and commercial project

In autumn 2011, the Migros Pension Fund, supported by Mettler Entwickler AG, acquired a plot of land on Boulevard Lilienthal for the innovative «Jardin Dufaux» project.

The project, designed by Neff Neumann Architekten AG, comprises 150 modern apartments and attractive commercial space in Glattpark. With its inviting design, Minergie certification and 150 underground parking spaces, it is a prime example of sustainable urban development and architectural excellence.

Modern and versatile living culture

In the centre of the lively Glattpark, Mettler Entwickler AG has delivered a residential project comprising 150 stylish apartments with 1½ to 4½ rooms, perfect for modern lifestyles. These apartments are characterised by their unique design and high-quality furnishings. There are also attractive commercial spaces on the ground floor and mezzanine level that can be used for a variety of different purposes.

Aesthetic new build with a sustainable character

The new building boasts a large, west-facing inner courtyard and an elegant, continuous roof design that creates an air of space and serenity. The creative yet harmoniously designed façades provide a unique and eye-catching feature along the public roads and paths. Meanwhile, the Minergie certification emphasises the client’s commitment to sustainable construction and modern standards.

The key elements of «Jardin Dufaux»

Ecological design

The sustainability of the project manifests itself in the Minergie certification and the use of environmentally friendly materials, which ensures that the buildings will be used in a resource-saving and energy-efficient way for the long term.

Modern architecture

The building’s architecture is based on a harmonious combination of creative façade designs and functional, modern room concepts that offer both aesthetic elegance and practical liveability.

Living culture par excellence

The living culture in this project is reflected in the spacious, light-flooded rooms, which use high-quality materials and sophisticated design elements to create an exceptional living experience.
