Mettler Entwickler AG used its professional expertise to deliver 32 attractive rental apartments. These apartments are located in the immediate vicinity of leisure facilities, the community centre and the idyllic Lake Pfäffikon.
The elongated, four-storey building with an attic floor forms a stylish terminus to the railway station square and at the same time opens up towards the centre. By carefully designing the outdoor area, we have managed to create a high quality of outdoor living by integrating attractive quiet zones and private outdoor spaces for the tenants on the ground floor.
The building offers modern and flexible floor plan solutions thanks to its three- and four-unit design. The result is 2- to 3½-room apartments with balconies that can be optimally furnished, allowing open-plan living and offering fascinating views in different directions. There is a practical underground car park in the basement, which is accessible via two staircases. The building was realised as a solid construction with reinforced concrete and brick, with a façade consisting of brickwork with efficient external thermal insulation.
