«Baufeld B» residential development, railway station site north
With the active support of Mettler Entwickler AG, at the beginning of 2014 Credit Suisse acquired the «Baufeld B» plot on the design plan perimeter of the railway station site north in Suhr.
This strategically located plot benefits from its immediate proximity to Suhr railway station, ensuring excellent connections to public transport and the main transport arteries. On behalf of Credit Suisse, our development established an attractive residential complex with 156 units, which represents a significant expansion of the core zone of the municipality of Suhr.
This project, based on a design plan approved in 2012, was realised through a study contract, from which the project put forward by Frei Architekten emerged victorious. Particularly noteworthy are the smart urban design, the high-quality apartment layouts and the attractive design of the outdoor areas. The apartments on the raised ground floor offer a view of the quiet and slightly elevated inner courtyard and are surrounded by spacious green areas, which create a harmonious transition between the interior and exterior spaces and thus offer an oasis of calm in the middle of an urban environment.
