«Amelia»

residential development

With our support, Helvetia Insurance has acquired a plot of land in Glattpark, Opfikon. This attractive site is well-placed in terms of infrastructure.

There is a comprehensive range of infrastructure services available to residents. And just a short and easy walk away is the Opfikerpark, a valuable space for locals.

Visionary concept

As part of a study contract initiated by Mettler Entwickler AG, the outstanding work of Züst Gübeli Gambetti Architekten was selected as the winning project from five submitted designs. It was praised in particular for its carefully considered urban planning concept, the excellent quality of the apartment layouts and its high cost-effectiveness.

Harmonious living

The project plans to create around 300 square metres of commercial space and 84 apartments, all facing south towards the quiet inner courtyard. The raised ground floor in particular will be used primarily for family apartments with direct access to a spacious inner courtyard. The apartments on the standard floors are characterised by a wide range of different floor plans, with the loggias acting as their central element. The stepped south-facing façade allows an ideal amount of sunlight into the living areas and offers an attractive view. The construction of an underground car park with around 73 parking spaces is planned in the basement, while additional parking spaces for visitors to both the residential and commercial areas are to be created above ground.

What makes “Amelia” so special

Diversity in living

The project comprises 84 individually designed apartments of various sizes, each with a unique floor plan. The loggias serve as the centrepiece of each apartment, creating a charming and central living area.

Innovative working

This modern development offers an inspiring selection of commercial spaces that are perfect for innovative companies and start-ups. Each space is designed with flexibility and efficiency in mind to meet a wide range of business requirements.

Living bathed in sunlight

The project’s stepped façade, which opens up towards the south, allows the living spaces to enjoy optimal sunlight and an outstanding view.
