«Alpenrösli» residential development
The «Alpenrösli» residential development was built in a family-friendly neighbourhood in Fruthwilen. The development consists of six apartment blocks. We built three houses with a total of 27 rental apartments for Gebäudeversicherung Thurgau.
In buildings D-F, spacious apartments for owner-occupiers were developed by another investor. The «Alpenrösli» residential complex is situated in an idyllic hillside location, offering breathtaking views over Ermatingen and Lake Constance. The apartments are distinguished by their light-flooded, modern floor plans, which offer residents a wide range of furnishing options. A special feature of the complex is the centrally located underground car park, which connects all the buildings. The spacious, green outdoor area, including a playground, offers residents an oasis of peace and relaxation. The buildings are certified with the Minergie-P energy label.
